This is one of the wine farms that are closest related to the ocean and because of it being so close to the ocean, it takes longer for fungus to grow on the grapes, therefore you have more fresher, crispier grapes that goes into the wine. Also we experience a Maritime climate, meaning it is hot during the day, and cold and crisp at night that gives a more crisp taste to the grapes.
